If you’re online trying to build your business and can’t seem to break through the lead generation wall, what would it mean to finally figure this thing out and get some results WITHIN THE HOUR? Hopefully by the time you finish reading this article, you will be able to let out a sigh of relief and get it done.
It wasn’t until I figured out the power of psychological triggers that I was finally able to literally generate leads at will. I could even do it without directly asking a person to visit my site.
What is a psychological trigger? For the sake of simplicity, it’s just something that is said or done that forces a person to take action when they otherwise wouldn’t. Remember when we were a kid and someone said to you, “don’t think of a pink elephant?” Well, what was the first thing that you thought of? That’s a psychological trigger whether you know it or not, but it’s harmless. So, when I figured out how to do that for lead generation, it turned my business around.
The #1 psychological trigger that I use is the one that speaks to “belonging.” We all have the need to belong, which is why we join clubs, fraternities, even this social group. So, combining a psychological trigger with what I term the “virtual hand shake,” I was able to get leads within the hour of learning this technique, and so should you. I’ll teach it to you now by writing a greeting I would use to introduce myself to a fellow group member. See if you can pick up the trigger:
“Hi Bill. We’re both members of the (?) group, and so far we’ve not made direct contact. So, I wanted to introduce myself and hopefully get to know you. I’ve learned a lot from the other members, and Cedrick’s training on how to get ounces of free gold and silver was pretty eye opening. What did you think of it? I’m glad he posted the replay at http://www.WhyNotMarketMoney.com so I could go back and study it. Anyway, I hope to hear from you soon. Have a wonderful day. Larry”
Did you pick up on it? Whenever you reference something that is valuable information with the assumption that they know what you’re talking about, and it turns out that they don’t, it flips that trigger of not wanting to be outside of what’s going on. When I asked “What did you think of it?,” I’m now adding pressure to their curiosity, and in more cases than not to release that pressure, they will simply click on the link to see what I’m talking about. Sometimes I put the trigger in the form of a “P.S.” or “By the way…” message after my signature.
I recommend to my clients to do 100 virtual handshakes of this nature per day to jump start their lead generation, and without fail they all get quick results. This is just one example of how to use psychological triggers to get leads.
When used correctly, you don’t have to pitch your stuff. There are literally tons of psychological triggers that you can use to move people to action without them not even knowing that you’re leading their actions. The greatest copywriters in the world use psychological triggers to generate millions of dollars for their clients. Study psychological triggers and watch your lead generation soar.

You nailed it bro. Sometime it is easy to think that it is much harder than it really is to get this kind of attention from a simple post in a social site. The fact is that most people (including myself) tend to think in the wrong direction. You’re not forcing someone to check out the link at all.
