This is excellent Larry. Really helps you get how attraction marketing works in real life. I know when I first got into attraction marketing I was promoting the systems, the same way people tend to promote their primary business, and wondering why I wasn’t getting anywhere. Larry, I am not in MLM but I am in marketing and blog a lot about social media marketing. I follow your blog because you offer sage advice and as you know, I have shared some of it with my blog followers.

What you have written here is spot on, not just for MLM but also for social media marketing in general. So many people and small businesses are getting into social media and social networking because it is all the rave and then blasting out ads through these tools like they were Craig’s List and then wonder why it isn’t working for them. Not only is this method not effective, it destroys their reputation. And the disaster is amplified by the thousands of people that see this type of action.

It used to be that only strong sales and marketing could really build large networks. But now days, with all the social networking tools available, anyone using your “attraction marketing” model can build a huge network.
